Went today for a head mri and everything went smoothly from calling to let them know i was there, check in as well as the actual experience. The facility was empty, its clean and i was given a locker and a key for my belongings. I was more scared than I thought I would be but the tech was great and comforted me by reassuring me he was right there if I freaked out or needed anything. I glad my doc suggested going there and I would most definitely refer this location to anyone needing an mri

Very professional and courteous. I have been there a number of times and it always was a good experience.
I had to use uber when i came for my test. I called to let the reception know that i came. Nobody unswered. I left a message. And I have been waiting under the rain for 15 minutes already. Why couldn't thet just call and tell me to come 15 minutes later? People in perfect health don't come for tests. Update: but all the other stuff is excellent and caring.
I had an MRI for my shoulder done here but was nervous because I had an MRI done 2 years ago at another facility which I won't name, but had a horrible experience (terrible attitude at front desk, had a 5 hour wait time with no heads up, not comforting, etc). I refused to go back there so I asked my Dr for a better place. He suggested Radiology Associates and I am so glad! The staff was incredibly pleasant, I had no wait time and the technician was so comforting and you could tell he liked his job. I will never go anywhere else!
Today’s MRI appointment went wonderfully. Everyone from front desk reception, to RN and of course Kathy my Tech a true Angel. A Brain MRI can be frightening. But with All of these Professional Ladies, I truly felt comfortable. Thank you.
