They are toted as the #1 POS for a liquor store. While that may be true, continuing to rely on that image will only set them up to get knocked down. I've had numerous interactions with support that were terrible. No such thing as a quick turnaround time for years. Now, I ask them for an upgrade, they say \you need to call our salesteam.\ I'm in sales, I would JUMP at the chance that anyone gave me to buy my product. So stay away from these guys, apparently they have too many clients and make too much money.
