These guys and gals are great. From surveys, to structural evaluations, to design and site work, they do it all and a great job if it too.

BEWARE! If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. This company is awful. They only care about big commercial jobs and have no respect for residential or small businesses. They gave me a two week timeline for our plans and it took them just over 6 weeks to get them to me, plus another 2 weeks for the final revision plans, because the original plans were 100% incorrect. Throughout the process my emails, messages, and phone calls were most ignored, as my project manager, Doug, referred to using the “ostrich technique”, which was to put his head in the ground and ignore me, since he had no answers for my project. Also the structural engineer Mike knows absolutely nothing about pools or how they should be built. We had to tell him how to properly design the rebar plans. The icing on the cake is their ridiculously outrageous pricing. If they actually knew what they were doing and delivered correct plans then they their inflated pricing wouldn’t mean that much, but this company just fails to deliver on every level. I also asked Doug twice to have the owner of the company reach out to me and I was ignored both times, and received no phone call from owernahip.

I have worked with Insite Engineering as a construction project manager in Monmouth County, NJ. Every team member I have worked with has exemplified a highly professional and detail-oriented work ethic with top notch customer service.

Absolutely unprofessional and Inconsiderate. They are doing work next to my house and completely RIPPED the cable and phone lines out of my mothers house!! Sure the tractor operator “apologized” but for a professional to rip out lines from a house that are 15 feet in the air at least is completely unacceptable. Not to mention when they did rip the lines out they didn’t say a word, just kept moving as if nothing happened. I didn’t realize until I walked outside and saw two lines dangling off the side of the house. The drivers excuse was he saw us walking out of the house so figured it was “ok”. Seems like they would have not said a word and or denied it if we didn’t see them there. Called management said they would “handle it” and agreed it was unacceptable but they then did nothing and left for the day at 3PM. Not so much a phone call back or anything. If we didn’t call our service provider we would still be without internet. When speaking with Verizon they stated this is not the first time this has happened with the company!! Completely unacceptable for “professionals” to conduct business this way.

Horrible customer service! I was told that someone would get back to me the next day. No one did and during my follow up phone call I was hung up on.
