We have been working with Stephanie for a while. Our interest in a new vehicle started in April of 2020, and Stephanie was great to check back in with us often to see if we had any questions or were ready to purchase. In February of 2021, we were ready. Due to her diligence and perseverance, she was the first person we contacted to help us with our purchase. My wife and I went in figuring it was going to be a long 4 hour experience based off of other times we went looking for a car. Gabe made sure that wasn’t going to be an issue that day. The Sales people I met with were both professional and friendly. I felt like I was dealing with family. Not like financial predators at the other car dealerships I shopped at before coming here. I did not feel pressured - instead the sales team made me feel like they appreciated my business. I would come back and buy again at Wallace Nissan.

My wife and I went to Wallace Nissan to see what our prize was. We didn't intend to buy a vehicle at all. The salesman, Kris Darker, was quite polite. It was his attitude and manner that persuaded us to take the 2021 Nissan Rogue, we ended up buying, for a test drive. After that, we sat down to talk about buying it. I was also very pleased to discover that our vehicle was made in Tennessee. The fact that it came with a lifetime warranty on the engine and drive train sealed the deal. We've been there a couple times after we bought it to ask some questions about the Rogue. Kris stepped up and showed me what I needed to know about it. I had made a visit to the service department to ask some questions about my new vehicle. I was greeted there by a friendly staff member who gave the answers I was looking for. All there who we ran into, were quite friendly. It was an altogether pleasant experience.
