The equipment was fine. Life vest was broken, but not the end of the world. The guy didn't answer his phone the first 3 calls, when he did answer he sounded like I was inconveniencing him. I paid for a 3 hour rental with an additional 50 gas charge. The jet ski ran out of gas after 2 hours and 10 minutes. I called the guy and he told me that I saw his guy top off the tank, which is 17 gallons. He had a 5 gallon gas can to top off the 17 gallon tank. I asked if he could bring me gas to finish my hour, and he told me to go ahead and leave the vests on the dock. I had my own gas can in my truck, but he didn't tell me that I would run out, so I didn't bring it with me. He just had excuse after excuse on why he wouldn't give me my full rental time after it had been paid for. I would never call this place again or recommend this place to anyone that I wanted to enjoy their time. I see in the comments this is his first year open under this name. The mechanic said the owner has been doing this for 20 years, so he probably gets a bunch of 1 star reviews, and opens in the spring under a new name. Subpar customer service to day the least. 1 star service 3 star equipment 2 stars would be fair if he wasn't a jerk about it.
Paid 50 for gas. They said they filled the 17 gallon tank up even though they only used one 5 gallon gas can. The jet ski rented was out of fuel in less than 2 hours for a 3 hour rental.
Rented a jet ski for 3 hours, gas only lasted us 2. We also payed an extra 50 bucks for gas.
Mark was great and very accommodating. Pricing was outstanding.
