This Walmart has gone completely downhill. Not one employee is enforcing their policy that customers wear masks, even with someone sitting in the entrance marking the number of customers entering and exiting. Also, at 430pm on a Thursday only 2 lanes, out of I think 14, are open. We had the choice to either wait in a 20min line or do self- checkout with a full cart of groceries and 2 kids in tow. But, there wasn't a lack of employees walking around the store doing the shopping for curbside pick-up customers, who couldn't be bothered to help us locate an item. This place seriously needs some attention.

I used to like the wal mart then they got a lady manager. Well I just don't like her . She thinks she's better than you attitude in are little town doesn't work well. I went shopping there a while back to get a microwave and the microwave was marked different then the price that was showing. She had an attitude that sounded like a child that didn't get its own way .she said she would give us the price thats on sale THIS TIME but she doesn't do it often. Like we look for things like this that are marked wrong .? Um No!

Just drove from Sheboygan to this location in Chilton. After months of searching for some certain action figures low and behold,I found them. They were hanging on the peg in the toy department where they were suppose to be. So I go to the check out and they don't scan into the system because they're not in the system. The employee pretty much ripped them from my hand and treated me very poorly and got loud with me,raised her voice and was very rude. The general rule is,if it's on the floor for sale it should be purchasable. I've never encountered an employee that rude before. Anytime I've had this issue where something wasn't in the system,a manager was able to come over and enter it manually . And I was able to buy said items. I will never go into this location again,not so much because I wasn't able to purchase my items,but because of how rude that employee was.

Very dissapointed in the bakery. We ordered the two tier cake directly from the book in the store for my daughter's graduation and the sad little cake in the other picture is what we were given. Being that it was the day of the party, we didn't have a chance to get another one. If I could give minus stars I would.
