5 Star Customer Service! I called Wine Hardware in desperate search of a replacement cooling unit for my wine vault. Michael the owner helped me quickly, was completely knowledgeable on what exactly I needed, and I was able to complete the replacement order in under 15 minutes. The unit arrived and is up and running in less than a week! I can't be more happy with the professionalism, focus on amazing customer service, if I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5 I would! Super friendly staff offering a wide selection of wine accessories. This shop has been here for over a decade and the man who runs the shop (I think his name is Mike?) is super knowledgeable and friendly. We got a Cork Pop here which we had difficulty finding elsewhere. Come for all your wine accessory needs!

They offer everything you could need to enjoy your wine in style and make your friends say wow where did you find that beautiful decanter or wine glass or better yet custom wine cabinet. I love this place. It has a great atmosphere, great drinks and amazing/delicious food. Anything I've ever tried there, both beverage and food, has been incredible. I went to a German beer class last night and it was really informative and fun. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely check this place out.
