It was one of the best experiences of my life. I attended the happiness programme and the highlight was the dynamic group energy that I had been seeking. It's a must do workshop. Seeking to belong,seeking to experience shift in your thought process...you will be at the best school of thoughts available in Cleveland area. The love and warmth of the group and the center just makes one realize how grand life can be and how great intellectual minds just learn and contribute together.

The Art of living Cleveland Center is an amazing place to meet a diverse group of people who are on the same path of an inward journey, seeking something higher in life! The place offers course in breathing techniques that will enable you to live life more fully with awareness and enthusiasm. They have regular satsang (soulful music) combined with guided meditation. I have been associated with this center for the past 3 years and I absolutely love it!!
