I had bought a hedges trimmer from them and after I had used it 4 times it wouldn’t start and I needed it for a job so I had to buy a new one. The next day I took the hedged to cecils and they told me it had bad gas in it but the gas shown was not from my machine. She showed me brown gas and I have all brand new tanks with high octane mix at 40:1. I checked the tanks when I got home and the fuel was blue as it should be and I used that same fuel in the other hedger I bought and it ran great all day long. Piss poor company and I wish I could give them 0 stars

This is only a review of the Kioti brand only not Cecil's Tractor! Just an FYI on the Kioti brand. I have a CS2410 with just over 200 hours that is out of warranty and a linkage broke in the loader controller ( manufacturer defect). I called the dealer to order parts to fix it and was told Kioti do not make any of the parts for repairs available. My only option is to order a complete loader controller for 1200 tax. At the Kioti customer service # you only get voicemail and are told to leave your email address and they will get back to you within 24hr. They did get back to me the next day to let me know the dealership was correct. Kioti do not sell individual parts only the complete WAY overpriced unit. I love the tractor but I'm really not happy that Kioti don't make parts to repair the tractors they sell available. Also 1200 for a 2 spool hydraulic valve is ridiculous. Tractor Supply have one that can replace it with the float function for 199. Do your homework! Steve Orser

I can only mentioned great things about my interactions with Cecil's staff. I am very happy with the customer services from Jeff Cooper. I had very specific needs in the farm and he offered to bring one of his tractors to make sure it will be able to addressed those needs. He was very patient answering all my questions and added additional information about the tractor he believed was pertinent before I make a decision. Needles to say I have come back to cecil's to buy additional attachments for the tractor and every time Jeff suggested he bring a model from the shop before I made a commitment to purchase the specific attachments. I felt I can asked him anything even if it is not related to something I am considering to purchase from the store. In the case I have additional equipment needs for the farm the first place I will visit is Cecils tractors.

Overall the store has a great selection of items but the customer service is horrible. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me but it seemed like I was inconveniencing them. I’m sorry your too lazy to help me make a purchase, I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed because I really like helping small business instead of going to big box stores like Home Depot but they don’t deserve my business

Overall it’s about what you expect from a business. I am happy with the service but the prices are a little high compared to other local dealers. I wouldn’t recommend solely because there are cheaper dealers in the county
