The staff at this location are horrible and nasty attitude. People are trying to be generous by donating nice things. Are these people not supposed to have a good heart? Why are they employed there if not looking out for the best interests of the needy?

The donation office was terribly rude when I dropped my donations. We were only allowed 4 boxes of donations per family, and my donations were not separated enough. I understand needing the customers help, but the approach is completely wrong.

It said on here that they closed at 6 pm and they told me to get out at 5 pm. I was just about to check out too. I was just trying to show support by thrifting old items, but they got so nasty with me and looked at me like I was crazy. I’m just very confused and upset. :(

I agree with most of the posters here that some of the employees, generally the older ones, are rude or disinterested. That is typical of Warrenton, rudest place I have ever lived. I no longer live there. The rest of the country is much friendlier. That said, I have found a few nice things there and would go there often. Prices can be crazy high but that is because they use eBay as their source for pricing. I suspect they just look at what things are listed for and not what they actually sold for. All in all, there is no excuse for poor customer service. If you don't like people, don't work there. If you really need a job, then stay in the back room and not go out where you have to interact with the public.

Terribly rude group of people there. The lady “accepting” (begrudgingly) donations is so rude!! I leave there angry every time and ask myself why I even bother donating there. They really do give the impression they don’t want you there (to shop or donate).
