We spent the Valentines weekend at 4 Corners Ranch in the overnight accommodations. It was spotless clean, the bed slept wonderfully, the hosts were so helpful and gracious, and the views are spectacular!! Just far enough away from home to feel like you are on a mini vacation, so relaxing and regenerating being on the top of the mountain, feels like you're on top of the world. This is a definite do again in the Spring, Summer and Fall!! Thank you 4 Corners ranch for sharing your mountain and creating a wonderful rejuvenating weekend.

We’ve been ordering from Kim and Allen for the past several months. We recently moved to the area and were so happy to have met them. Not only do they have great beef, but they are so nice and gracious as well. We got to go 4 Corners Ranch before the winter and they have the most beautiful longhorn cows. I could probably spend days there just talking with Kim and Allen and enjoying the beautiful views from their ranch. The beef is beyond delicious. If you are a fan of grass fed look no further. Some of our favorites are the filet mignons, bone in ribeye, and ground beef! We could eat this meat every night. My fiancé and I are very health conscious and understand what Kim and Allen are doing by feeding their cows a grass fed diet is the healthy way to enjoy delicious beef and optimize your health. If you want full flavor with less fat this is your kinda beef. It is absolutely delicious! I read some previous reviews and had some skepticism but after ordering my beef (a half cow) I can not tell you how amazed I am. I have made simple things from meat loaf to chili all the way down to beet braised short rib ravioli. This meat will have you wondering why you ever ate grocery store flavorless beef. If you're having trouble cooking lean beef just remember, sautéed onions are your best friend. They add moisture and flavor without adding fat. Works great when cooking meatloaf and burgers. Also a friendly reminder to read the pamphlet... our friends at 4 corners are sure to let us know this meat is best a bit more under done than you might be use to, over cooking can dry this beef out because it does not have the high fat you are use to. I am going to stop ranting and raving but I will say this, try it... you will not be disappointed!
