I want to add my highest praise for the quality service provided by A1 Passport and Visa Express. They could not have been more helpful. I had to renew my expired passport shortly before a planned work trip to Canada. Even though I was under significant time pressure, they facilitated the renewal and I had my passport with time to spare. Really nice people in a family owned business. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptionally outstanding service! I have worked with A1 Passport and Visa for over 25 years (yes, 25 years!). Not once during this time have they ever let me, or those whom I support, down. Without fail they have been very patient and helpful, professional, and their industry expertise is unmatched. Most recently, they successfully helped get a critical visa processed against an extremely tight timeline that seemed impossible. I began working with A1 when the agency that I previously worked with let me down one too many times with their unreliable service. I’ve used A1 on 3 occasions over the last 2 years (twice for business travel and once for personal travel), all have been successful transactions. Sam and his staff are very professional and patient, always answered my numerous questions, particularly with the business travel which I found nerve-racking because I was coordinating for my boss. This company is amazing. I found myself in a bind because I forgot to get my passport renewed and I need it for a trip coming up in less than a month. I came here so worried I wouldn’t get it in time. In speaking with the owner, he reassured me I’d get it back in the agreed time frame I chose. They did me one better and got it back to me multiple days BEFORE the agreed deadline! Everyone who works here is professional and friendly and so very helpful if you have any questions.
