Incredibly professional with a very quick turn around time. Prices are reasonable as well. I have had multiple awards made with Arnold Engravers and I have been impressed each time. They will continue to receive my business and I recommend them to anyone looking for engraving work in DC.

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I dropped off a medal for engraving and the person there said no problem and only had me write my name and phone number on a piece of paper so I was hesitant even then. Two weeks later and no phone call, I call them multiple times to find out the status. I finally get someone who tells me they can't engrave the medal they can only make a small plaque to put on the medal which wouldn't look good. I tell them no one told me that when I dropped off and he hangs up on me. I call again only to be hung up on again. Do not recommend
