This company needs improvement. The one girl I spoke with over the phone never called me back!! She is a lair and is not trust worthy. They one gentlemen I believe his name was Theo he is super professional and was always nice when I called I was going to use them but I went with another provider instead.
Highly disappointed with the services here! Very unprofessional! This girl was so rude to me and didn't give me eye contact, I wish there could have been a better outcome
The office personal is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me get a knee scooter ordered for use in days through my insurance. They even remembered me just from previous phone calls! I have only ordered one piece of equipment from the company but if I ever need more CMS will be my first stop. They even delivered the equipment to me.
