We had a wonderful experience using our storage unit as we prepared for a big move. The new general manager, Albert, was incredibly personable, kind, and accommodating. He helped us navigate the logistics of our move, and helped us find a flexible solution for our timeline. The place was clean, the management was incredibly responsive, and we found it to be the most affordable option in the area. Of all the moving logistics, this was a fast, professional and easy solution. I'm grateful!

Joke and a half. Been trying for over a month to fix issues. Every manager laughs (even though they acknowledge there is a distinct problem) when I bring them things that need to be fixed. Water leaks throughout the building, including two units I rent...”climate control” what a joke. Pushing 85-90 degrees on the main floor. Let’s not forget the roaches laying everywhere.
Jade and Albert are the best team. They’re so helpful and friendly all the time. I recently put away things in storage for the first time ever and they made it seamless. The facility is clean, quiet, and secure. ️️️️️

Our experience here started off very well. We were able to start moving our belongings in the same day, weren't forced to pay a prorated fee since we were starting in the middle of the month, were able to receive a small promotional discount, etc. We were given a clear heads up about the broken elevator and how to use it (one person runs up the stairs to call the elevator while the other waits inside with the trolley), and the facility employees were always kind enough to offer us water and coffee. My concern lies with the automatic gate here which I've found the hard way is extremely dangerous and faulty. The sensors did not read our car, causing the gate to crash down onto the back windshield--it is now completely shattered. Had it come down on the front end my boyfriend could've been seriously injured. No one from the office ever even came to see if he was okay, offer assistance, an apology, nothing. If you use this facility, know that there is NOT enough time for you to enter your key code, get back in your car, and back out of the gate without it coming down on you. This is at least a two person job--one person to block the gate's sensors while the other backs the car/truck out safely. Do not try to move in and out of this location alone.
