Met with Dr.Oketokun. What a soft kind sweet gentle women. I only waited a short time. Well worth it. Most Dr rush you out, then you forgot what you wanted to say..Not the case as someone new to area.. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease that's very important in today's world. And for the others here said they waited a long time I am a nurse and there are times that physicians get tied up with a patient who is very ill let's just hope it's not you one day and that position but that sad to post something like that when you don't know what really could have happened.. I've been on that side of the coin. Be a little more compassionate. Thank again Dr O. I will be back soon

I arrived at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:20 a.m. appointment on a Wednesday (which I took time off work for), and sat there until 10:00 a.m., when they finally took me back to take my vitals. I should've known something was wrong when afterwards they took me back to the waiting room. Fast forward another 40 minutes (10:40 a.m.), and I get up to ask the receptionist what on earth is going on. Apparently, the doctor hadn't even showed up yet that morning! This was only my second appointment, but I was told by a fellow disgruntled patient in the waiting room that this is the norm. I waited an hour and twenty minutes to be told Dr. Oketokun wasn't even there. I understand life happens, but you have to tell people when there's a problem so they don't waste their whole morning in your office. I would have been happy to reschedule. While I'm here, I'll voice my complaint about my first appointment. The office manager asked me WHILE I WAS GETTING MY BLOOD PRESSURE TAKEN, if I wouldn't mind letting someone else see the doctor before I did, after we were 30 minutes past my appointment time. He did not like it when I told him, \absolutely not\. Thanks for the high blood pressure reading! If you don't like having your time wasted and looked at like you're the crazy one when you ask why you haven't been seen, then avoid this place like the plague.
