I’ve had heel pain for years, particularly after walking or running. I’ve tried many athletic shoe styles and countless inserts, and nothing has helped until I saw Dr. Carver. The foot orthotics he provided me with make my feet feel great all day. No other doctor I’ve seen has been able to alleviate this pain.

I've seen numerous doctors over the years to treat my plantar fibromas. The spectrum of advice has been from the palliative (orthotics) to the extreme (i.e. surgery) but only one doctor in all these years has actually treated them. When I first went to see Dr. Carver it was because of the discomfort that I was having. I now have virtually no pain. He has actually shrunk them in a painless and non invasive way using ECSW - Extra Corporal Shock Wave therapy. He's been a real lifesaver. I don't know what I would do without him.

I've had ankle pain on & off for a few years and saw Dr Andrew Carver to diagnosis the problem. He explained in both medical terminology and layman's language what happens to moving joints over the course of 50 years and the resultant effects. He asked that I check Equinus Deformity online for myself as well to verify his prognosis that over time increased foot-ankle pronation forces torque up thru my ankle and thus the discomfort. He treated the issue but also cautioned that this was not a one-time fix and that it could-would reoccur. I like that he was straightforward regarding the symptoms and treatment, short-term & long-term. Also I respect Sports Medical doctors who have treated professional athletes since I am a weekend warrior often Rollerblade Skating and actively using HIIT Training. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Carver & Farragut Foot & Ankle for any foot pain, plantar fasciitis, heel pain or toenail fungus problems.
