Needs to be more of a police presence as a homeless man that had been removed 3 times already while we were in Union Station threatened to kill my husband because he refused to give this man money. A nice welcome home incident after being out of country for 3 weeks without fear in a 3rd world country. Back one day in the US and this is what we get!

Thanks for turning the AC off in summer. Go to DuPont Circle or Metro Center and walk a few extra blocks. You could use the calorie burn.
