Bad customer service!!! I called in to inquire about their soy wax but they hanged up TWICE! Unprofessional and unwilling to help you. The woman who picked up the phone didn’t even bother listening to anything I said after mentioning Soy Wax and where did they order it from. As a customer it’s often a normal act to ask questions about the product they purchased to understand it more but they seemed have no customer service skills. one star review and will not come back to purchase anything from them!
