My go to place for auto glass repair. They have saved my windshield twice. Repairs are reasonable and fast.
They were more than three hours late (they gave a window of 12-2 and did not arrive until 5:30) they did not call to let me know they might be late or give any explanation whatsoever. When I called to inquire as to when they might arrive, the person was annoyed and did not once apologize for any delay. He exhibited a total lack of professionalism. However, when the service provider finally arrived he was friendly and very thorough and appeared to do a good job.
Quick and efficient service! I called to have my windshield replaced, and they had two techs out fixing it within 2 hours. The replacement itself only took 20 minutes. I’d definitely come back for any future auto glass needs.
They left glass slivers all over the inside of my car. I asked them if they cleaned it. They said “no never”. So include a car detail in your cost. Neither the man removing my windshield or his assistant had masks on. I live in a mandatory mask city. He didn’t remove the windshield properly from my car. When I asked him if he was going to remove the plastic frame and wipers before removing the windshield, he looked at me like I was a crazy person. I asked him why he was looking at me like that. He said he’s been doing it for 20 years. Well, if he had removed the windshield properly there would be so much broken glass in the front of my car. Nor did they do the simplest wipe down even to give the appearance of disinfecting the car after. They were quick and cheap. You get what you pay for.
