Very professional staff. Receptionist (forgot her name) and EMT named Catherine were extremely nice and helpful in resolving issues and answering my questions . Thank you for the high quality care

Boardroom to Bounce House

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Front desk gives incorrect information and is rude when you ask clarifying questions. I called ahead of time as my entire family was exposed to covid 19 and we have symptoms. I was given different info on the phone and then when I arrived. I ended up using the telemed option for adults in my family to get tested and go next door to the “tent” for a self nasal swab. They will test children at the Urgent Care after a full appointment, but they do not want to as they were discouraging us to do it (ages 10 months and 2 years). The “tent” (it’s not actually a tent will not test kids. Just avoid this whole place!

While reception and the building could use a little improvement, overall (esp all the nurses esp Erica -and- a wonderful doctor whom I believe has a beautiful Nigerian name that I cannot recall but she's all around amazing) it's fairly good and they're doing all they can amidst these times.

Excellent experience — Rose and PA James were great in helping me identify my ailment and giving me an effective, quick solution, and they were both very understanding and listened carefully to my explanation of my issue was, and were understanding and free of any judgement! Can't recommend their care enough!

The receptionist was rude. Was told I could be seen as a walk in and then after getting there was told I'd have to come back in 2 hours. In 2 hours receive a message saying my appointment was canceled. Went back to ask why and they didn't know. So had to wait a long time for a chance to see doctor. Other people where complaining about the wait time for their appointment and were told it was because appointment times are being pushed back. Said there is a 4 hour wait!!!!! Thats urgent care!
