Pinch at Mt. Vernon Marketplace delivered much more than I expected. I was not expecting to enjoy this nearly as much as I did. I was quite surprised at how much I loved these dumplings and the sides. I'm very picky when it comes to eating meat in restaurants & I'm not much of a dumpling person. I read the bio of Pinch & was happy to find the meats are fresh \farm to table\ & ground on site. Handmade everyday. I enjoyed the beef, pork & vegan dumplings. The Pinch sauce was my favorite for dipping. The staff was super friendly as well. Shout out to Chino & his teal colored chin strap! Highly highly highly recommend Pinch!

Everyone who works at Pinch Dumplings are very sweet, and never rush you when there's a long line. The food here is amazing, and I always look forward to when they are open at the farmer's market on Fridays around my office building, and I wish they had a permanent location so that I can eat here all the time. It's healthy, fulfilling and just really really great.
