Mr Scott and his workers had the painstakingly job of breaking up the old concrete on my deck because it was not level. They poured new concrete which gave my deck a renewed and refreshed look. At Mr. Scott's suggestion I also let him add color to the concrete and it turned out perfect! I would hire Mr. Scott again.
