So I applied for an expedited 7 day renewal on their website. They charged me 400 for this. They failed to tell me that they couldn't provide this service due to covid and then asked me if I was OK with the covid rules for renewal which is 6-8 weeks. They did not refund me for the amount, I am in complete limbo. I have spent an hour tonight just trying to figure out what is going on. Until they fix this I will keep this post.

Horrible! I paid over 700 for expedited visa services to west Africa and got some random woman‘s photo on my visa. \u003e:-(

Very fast, easy and efficient process! I honestly was a little nervous about mailing out my passport but they took care of it and kept me in the loop the whole time. Took like MAYBE 5 days total. Thanks for the awesome and quick service!!

I've been very disappointed with the service I have received from the DC office. The office is very slow to respond whether using email or by phone. I've been trying to get a document authenticated for months now through them. Part of the issue was that my paperwork was stolen from the courier's backpack which I don't blame them for; however, there has been other issues that they could have taken responsibility for such as noticing a needed missing stamp from the notary public (even though it was already authenticated by the Secretary of State and the State Department). If you need your authentication done quickly and stress-free, I would suggest a different company or possibly a different branch of VisaHQ. My experience with the Chicago branch was a lot better.
