We deal with Jerry at waste connections of Texas/ San Antonio he goes above and beyond to make sure all our stuff is taken care of in a timely manner and keeps us running smooth in our community with an enormous amount of construction going on all the time. Waste Connection of Texas were really understanding when my business had to close due to coronavirus pandemic it took a hard hit on our business that I had no choice but to close. Any other waste disposal have given their clients a hard time under this circumstances. I found this out by sharing notes with other clients.
Jerry Outterson was our representative and we appreciate all he did for us to set us up with these services. He is very professional and knowledgeable and shows excellent customer service with his clients. Thank you Jerry.

Have had problems from the beginning since I’ve came to my property. By far the worst service! Will not pick up if there are mattresses, large furniture, or any metal. Even if you break it up as small as possible. They will not get out of their truck to move items blocking their way to pick up the dumpster. They make more of a mess then they do cleaning it. If you’re not the main person on account don’t even bother calling they are no help and could careless about anything. I might as well just let my residents throw their trash all over the place. Thanks for nothing...
