I am pleased with the service. I was told by a jewelry store in chesterfield it was not worth changing the very expensive battery. I came to watch technicians they were so nice to work with. They repaired my watch for a lot less money than the other place wanted. I will happily work with Watch Technicians in the future.

Great experience. took my father in laws Omega Constellation in to be serviced. 20 minutes. It was a great price. Also, Bought a Seiko Dive Watch while I was there, and gave me the discount without me even asking about it. feel good about the whole thing and will be back. thanks. Glen

Was looking to get a ring sized but everywhere else said 2-3 weeks AND they’d have to send it off. Found this place “by chance” and decided to call. Friendly, professional, and FAST!! Ya know how we all want what we want NOW?? These guys are it! Dropped my ring off in the afternoon had it ready for me next day by lunch!! Can’t ask for better!! Ring is sized perfect. Pricing was better than the jewelry stores by far!!

I needed my wedding ring taken up a couple sizes, and loved that Watch Technicians does all sizing and repairs in house instead of shipping jewelry out. My ring now fits perfectly and looks brand new. They had it done even more quickly than estimated, and during a winter weather storm no less. Very happy I went to them!!
