First experience. Answered the phone quickly, very polite. I asked about potential repair of a watch that I didn't even buy there. Lady on phone couldn't have been nicer. She asked about the watch and suggested I could save money if it was still under manufacturer's warranty. She advised me how to check. Turns out it was. I will be giving them business, just because they were so helpful and honest. Thank you.

I've had two watches serviced by Watches Etc. One was a battery replacement for a Breitling Aerospace and the other was a full service of my Omega Speedmaster. Both services were done with care and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my other watches to them for service. It's great having a local watchmaker!
