I had a great experience with these guys. I can't believe the incredible selection of brands, all in one place... IWC, Rolex, Omega, AP, and ALL the other big names. Sadaf, who let me try several pieces on, was just incredible. She could have sold me the whole store if my CC limit was high enough- can't wait to work with her again. Even the security guards were courteous as hell. I went here on a whim because I spotted their billboard on the highway.

The sales consultant Anthony Walker is at the upper echelon of high end watch dealers. Not only is he very knowledgeable about all of the products, he’s willing to go to the next level and will find the perfect watch for what you are looking for. Never trying to push a sale, rather trying to find the best product for the customer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest salesman. Along with all of that, he is very personable and fun to talk to. He makes the watch buying experience extremely enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Carlos Cruz and his team of fantastic people, all of whom made me feel right at home and comfortable in making such a grand purchase. Mr. Cruz answered each and every question i had, demonstrated a wealth of knowledge on the subject, and made me feel right at home and a little bit special. Such great service fully deserves five stars a hearty thank you. As soon as I have saved my pennies yet again, I will be sure to pay another visit to Mr Cruz and the Watches of Switzerland.
Anthony was amazing! He allowed ample time to try on various pieces and was easy going and fun! He communicated very professionally as I made my decision over the next week and reached out when a bracelet option came in that he thought I would like better. Day of sale he was patient and really took the time to make sure I was truly happy. Additional staff I interacted with were also really nice.
