My fiancee and I were looking for wedding rings for our wedding next year. Jen, the Jewelry specialist manager, was our assistant and she was very knowledgeable. She was kind, patient and applicable beyond anything we could've expected while simply looking for rings. Since she lives close by where we are, she provided great advice on food spots as well. Jen is a great saleswoman to work with and sold us both on two beautiful rings for our marriage!

Me and my wife walked in to exchange a Christmas gift, but no one in the store seemed to know who came in next so we waited about 6 min for transactions to be completed and we were next but none of the sales persons seemed to know. I believe they need a better system for incoming customers. One salesperson was free she just continued to walk around with a tablet in her hand. People continued to walk in and we were continuously overlooked.

My now husband, bought my engagement ring from Jared’s. So when it came time for bands, naturally we went back to Jared’s.. I have always wanted a ring enhancer for my engagement ring, and shopped around for something that would compliment my halo engagement ring. We originally went with one, that didn’t work out. We then ordered a different one and LOVED it, and have it in my wedding photos, however it wasn’t practical and we had issues with it. So 3rd times a charm... With the help of Lynne, who is a HUGE ASSET to Jared’s, she went above and beyond to help me find the PERFECT enhancer for my ring. Through all the madness I put her through, she was always nothing but patient and kind. We love you Lynne! Besides the help you provided, you’re a great human being with the sweetest heart and soul! We adore and appreciate you! And can never thank you enough for making us happy! My insert is Stunning! And I am obsessed!! Thank you Jared for being a great team!
