Great facility! Easy and convenient to get to, extremely clean (especially the bathrooms), has plenty of changing rooms and then storage for your personal items while you are in class. The instructors are extremely nice to the students and very knowledgable. Last week when I was there I saw a kid that was afraid to get into the pool. One of the two instructors for that class worked with her individually to make her comfortable while the other instructor went on with the class and the other kids until the one child was comfortable enough to join the group again. I would highly recommend this swim school to all levels of students wanting to learn or build upon their current swimming skills.

Had my daughter birthday toady Feb 6th we arrive 15mins before party time to set up table first time coming to the facility however the party area was okay for room size the indoor swim pool was okay the water temperature felt great I'm giving 2 stars for the employees the lady was not much of help as she should have been more sitting behind the desk she should be more assisting. I had to continue asking for her help the guy (lifeguard) was not much attentive to the kids was engaging conversation with the lady (employee) as he should have been teaching or assisting and the pool area he was sitting down .As we where wrapping up still in the pool until 3:01 the lady asked for us to get ready to get out the pool before 3:30 I had reservations for birthday party 1:30 until 3:30 we shouldn't had been rushed to get out the pool area I was extremely displeased. The lady mention she had been there since 8am in the morning and that is not my concern as she should have been more enthusiastic and excited to serve the birthday guest her hospitality was very unprofessional. The lifeguard must had been hungry as he asked for some pizza and was fine to share my child pizza for her party but I do think that the employees shouldn't ask let the guests offer as I did offer cupcakes there was a few left over .The overall experience was not to my liking my daughter whom was the birthday girl had okay experience the my suggestion is the employees need to work more on hospitality and enthusiasm.

We found Water Champs and we are thrilled we did! They have excellent instructors, small group classes, and very engaging one on one instruction. They were very flexible with clients after covid concerns, and maintained a super clean facility. I highly recommend them to anyone! Give them a try- you will not be disappointed!

We just started a month ago. So far so great! The staff here is very friendly and flexible. Our son enjoys his classes. We are trying to get a second lesson during the week. One time a week is ok but more instruction should be more results. I would highly recommend this swimming school to others.

Will not recommend. This was the first time I enrolled my kids for any swimming class and I chose this place for its convenient location. After trying them out for 2 months of classes, I felt there have to be better options out there so I started asking other parents. Finally found a place that came highly recommended. Since the withdrawal notice was for a month, we ended up going to both places for a month and realized we were completely taken for a ride in this place. The other place was so much cleaner whereas in water champs, the floors and changing rooms always seem to be wet and messy. One would think they would bother to clean it up between classes but that was not the case. The other place was cheaper, just by a little, but to get better service at cheaper price makes it even more better. The make up policy of the other place is much more parent friendly, flexible, usable and does not seem designed to cheat out people of their money. The way the water champ courses are designed, they can keep teaching you for years to move from one level to another - but to be honest I have heard most of the franchise locations adopt this strategy to keep their business going. My children saw much better progress in the other place and felt more accomplished with what they learnt there. We had to finish classes at water champ so we went there till last class but by that time kids had completely lost their interest in going to water champs because they liked going to the other place. Overall my experience is that this place was a waste of money and I would advise parents to look for better options.
