The touchless service is very poor quality. Does not clean the rear of your car. Have given it multiple shots with a few different cars. Just came out it there and our MDX looked exactly the same way in the rear as it did when we went in. Also what car wash has no drying offered. When you pull out on a cold day it freezes instantly. The soft touch works good and the people are always pleasant so use that instead
I made two attempts in the past month to use the touchless wash. Both times I tried 5 different credit / debit cards 2 times each, both occasions the kiosk said it couldn't read my cards! Obviously there is a problem with the card reader!
15 for a basic wash is steep. Drive a few miles down the road and get the same wash for 3
