Great place to have lunch with a friend. Food is great, very friendly/helpful staff. Gal at counter ask if she could help me decide on what to get when I said I needed a few minutes. Management came out to check on us. My favorite is the PB&B Sundae. Music was a little loud for my taste and I miss the fried pickles. But still deserving of 5 stars.

This place was awesome Glad we stopped. We were treated extra special The place is clean and organized and a awesome team of workers. Travel this way very frequently will stop in again. I believe the gentleman that served us was Antonio or something like that it's tattooed on his arm. He needs an attaboy it's a good worker.
Ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and was really happy with how hot and fresh it was! I’ll be ordering that from now on and I had to call and tell them how good it was, I talked to Fernando! The service was great thank you.
The atmosphere is vibrant and energetic. My order was handled professionally. The crew seemed to have good morale. My food was ready and hot SPEEDILY! The portions were more than sufficient, and the costumer service was exceptional! Freddy’s in Waterloo!! Thanks for the Phenomenal first experience!
I have to say the burger & fries were really good. The fries were thin & crispy & the burger was seasoned just right. Definitely try the fry sauce! The frozen Custard was just as good as the rest of the meal!
