We hired Mike and his team to address some major waterproofing issues in our basement which was starting to have an affect on our foundation. They were able to address both issues. Mike's expertise in the field was very helpful in answering our questions and coming up with a plan that fit within our budget. He provided an estimate very quickly and was able to start the work right away. His crew is timely, professional and completed the project on time. We hired Mike Famous with Waterproofing One for foundation work as he came to our jobsite to inspect and give his opinion before even giving a quote, which was very helpful. The quote came back at a fair price and we decided to move forward with his company. During the set up process he and his team were quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The job itself was completed ahead of schedule and was accurately performed per our plans.
We used Waterproofing One a couple of months ago, and it has worked like a charm! We had water coming in to our basement, and we wanted to get it taken care of before the water had time to freeze. After our initial consultation, we booked a service, and 4 days later, the work was underway! The gentlemen from WO were very professional, positioning their equipment near the side door as to not disturb the main entrance, and the job was finished in 2 days! Our basement now has a professionally installed French Drain, and we haven’t had a drop of water since!
Mr. Mike Famous and crew are first of all good people!! They listened,, evaluated my issues with great resolve!! If you are searching for a basement waterproofing company......l would say of course do the research....l did that too..... my resolve thus Waterproofing One Company!! I would say,,call them to come by to see matter,,,,,,no cost for that!! Oh and by the way on a school teacher's salary,,,,they were affordable!!
I reached out to waterproofing one not so long ago for a quote/ estimate for my crawl space. Someone did come out to access my situation and mentioned that they would email us an estimate and what needs to be done, still no email or response. I’m not sure if I can trust a company or take their word if they don’t follow up as mentioned. First impression is everything in most business interactions. In addition, the work we needed done will be taken care of all by another company, when the estimator came out, he mentioned we needed to ask our demo crew to level the crawl space out for them which is a little odd as these are supposed to be basement professionals. Unfortunately, I will not return/call/ follow up as I already found someone to do the job at an affordable price without any of this hassle.
