Great water softener and great company. We have had a Reionator for almost 20 years. It does a great job softening our very hard Texas Hill Country water. Because of our water quality, it required new resin at 10 years and again recently. Water Tech shipped it promptly at no cost to us. Customer service was outstanding. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

We've owned a WaterTech water conditioner for over 20 years, and have had an outstanding experience. It greatly improves the chlorine taste and smell of our water. It's the best appliance I've ever had. It protects my other appliances from hard water, and it just keeps working with no problems and no maintenance issues.
I am not sure I can put into words how incredible WaterTech has been for our company over the years. Very technically competent and knowledgeable both on the servicing side of equipment and water science. I can trust that they will do exactly what they say they're going to do, in a timely manner, at great prices, with a professional and caring attitude. A all around.
