I had debt from a bank account that went into collections and Pacific Credit Services was the company to handle that debt, I ignored it for a few years because I didn't have the finances to pay it (absolute worst thing you can do), and of course it went on my credit report. I called to pay off my debt and was RELIEVED that I was able to speak to people that were in the U.S., no heavy accents I had to struggle to understand, very easy communication! They also settled the debt with me for a lower cost than what was owed and they request it to be removed from my credit report once its paid. Customer service is fantastic and its a relief to have the debt paid and get it off my credit report!
