We visited their location in Hilo and were so excited that they had a location in Illinois only an hour away from us! The chocolate is DELICIOUS and it's more natural. Meaning there's not a huge list of ingredients that you're not sure what they are. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had one of the most delicious cold beverages I've had in my life and I've been craving since we got home from our visit to Hilo 2 years ago. The frozen hot chocolate. It didn't disappoint. Highly recommend to all chocolate fans!

Do not buy online. I tried to buy my girlfriend candy. Order was created without issues. Two days later the USPS label was finally created. It's now been four days since my order and USPS has still not received anything from them. And it's going half a mile down the street. I'm rather annoyed
I have loved Puna since the day I met them at the Chocolate Festival in Long Grove. A friend of mine and I went here for a ganache and truffle making class and I am blown away by how awesome the staff is at Puna. They really know their stuff and I have never had a bad experience with them or their products. If you haven't been here yet, you need to visit!!!!! 10/10 from me!
Wonderful little chocolate store! Great staff and delicious chocolate. Love the different selection of chocolate flavors. It's nice they have samples of their chocolate as well. They do offer truffle making classes too.
Definitely one of my favorite places for chocolate.
