Scott did a great job on our mold issue. He found the mold and spent many hours remediating our house. Our problem ended up being worse than originally thought. Scott had the connections needed to get unexpected problems fixed in a timely manner. If it weren't for his connections to get sub contractors in to take care of unforeseen issues, we'd probably still be waiting for our house to be put back together. He not only worked 10 hour days but worked the weekend to get the job done. He is a hard worker who rarely took a break. He was dedicated to seeing the job done correctly and efficiently. He genuinely cared that our house was a healthy environment for my family.

Scott literally was a life saver. Ever since I moved into my house over a year an a half ago I was sick with respiratory issues. Last year we found mold and hired a contractor who did not specialize in mold removal. Big mistake. We knew there was more mold growing as everyone was still getting sick. We called Scott and he came the very next day and found the toxic black mold in less than 5 minutes. It was in all three levels of my house. He worked round the clock and removed all the mold that has rotted the wood support structures of our home, floor boards, insulation, you name it he got it out of there and put the house back together even better. He did this in 3 days, had quoted five but knew we needed to get back home so worked extra hours to get it done. Mold is nothing to mess around with, if you want it done right Scott is the guy to call. His crew is also amazing, very respectful, precise work, and meticulous home exposure protection when removing the mold.
Scott did a very thorough job inspecting the entire house. He was actually the second inspector I had brought on for a second opinion and he found a lot more areas that had mold that the first guy had missed. He also charges a very fair price and gave an honest assessment of what it would take to get rid of the mold.
