This is a very specific situation where we were trying to get information on what we could expect to pay for a procedure since it is a high deductible policy. On first contact I was told I needed to give them 24 hours to give me a figure. When I called after 24 hours I was told they could not share the contracted figure until the claim was made.. Of this was no help at all.
