I had the pleasure of meeting Annie who works at the shop of two years. She shared with me many charities that her local quilters can do for the community such as Linus quilt, Quilts for veterans. Along with volunteer opportunities to help others, quilters attend social events such as Locked In and Sip and Sew. Annie ideas helpful and spent time by giving me a tour. Stop by her shop and make a difference for someone else. The shop has variety of fabrics and new items that you may want to try and add to your collection of tools. They also have long arm machine that you could be trained for and use their machine for your own quilting once you complete your own quilts.
