The prices are good, and the wave runners are excellent. Office staff were attentive and efficient. The two guys sending you off on your skis did a professional job with the safety chat. They also hyped up the chat, adding adventure to the experience. All in all, renting skis from Charlie's was an awesome experience for my family!

Best place in OBX to rent jet skis. The staff here is so accommodating. You don’t just ride in a big circle, you have the whole sound. We will be visiting again for sure!
Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful! The wave runners were in great shape and so much fun! It was only 60 if you paid cash (65 with card)for half an hour which is so reasonable and there were no minimum height or weight restrictions which was perfect for our 5 year old daughter who was beyond thrilled to finally get to try one out! They provide life jackets and a safe place for keys and bags and answer and and all questions with respect. Only recommendations I have are bring goggles because water goes in your eyes like crazy and it is very hard to see when going out and a waterproof case for your phone if your like me and want pictures. We will definitely be back!!

We rented 5 wave runners today for the 6 of us and had a blast! Only 2 of us had done this before so it was a new experience for most of us. The 2 ladies who ran Charlies were very kind and knowledgeable. The equipment worked well and we felt very safe. We will definitely do this again and highly recommend Charlies Wave Runners.
