This office is one of the best I've ever been to. The office girls are polite and always answer my calls and get back to me quickly. My appointments have never been scheduled incorrectly, my medications are called in on time, and the providers are great. Sometimes I have to see a different provider if mine is out of town or has left, but I don't mind. It's been a great office to help me.

The nurse practitioner is quite good, but it’s arduous to deal with this practice. The front office is one of the least organized and worst in overall experience in a medical facility. I’ve had several times where paperwork was not completed correctly for labs which we had get up early to go only to the lab facility only then to leave and come back to APN for them to correct it. This has happened numerous times. And we’ve needed prescriptions refilled (because of them not prescribing enough between appointments), only to have no one call back after leaving multiple messages during the week on different days. We just ran out..... and we got an apology that they just didn’t check voicemail before leaving that Friday and “thought” someone called us back. Their paperwork for new clients is just crazy. They want you to sign a blanket approval for them to charge your credit card at their discretion for missed appointments or insurance shortages. They repeat forms wanting signatures for telemedicine even for those who don’t use it. They seem to overbook appointments as well. I don’t have these sorts of issues at this level at other medical facilities and it just reflects their overall lack of professionalism. We’re getting ready to relocate so we’re “sucking it up”. And honestly, I’ve waited to leave a review to see if some of these experiences were one-off, but unfortunately the issues just continue. If we were needing more long term care for my family, I would look elsewhere.

This place has given me the best care I have ever gotten from a clinic They’ve helped me straighten out my life and helped me to enjoy life again. I can’t thank them enough for how much they’ve helped me I’ve never had them charge my card wrong but I’ve never missed an appointment without calling at least the day before either.
