Jackson's is the best. Every time we go to the store we are greeted nicely. We feel welcomed there. Kerry always is full of knowledge when it comes tack and how it fits. She has helped us many times with fitting of show clothes. The prices are great. The 4H discount is always appreciated not to mention the several gift cards my daughter has won at shows donated by Jackson's. They give back so much to 4H and FFA. Alyssa has helped us countless times as well again with own horse knowledge and personal experience. So blessed to have this store so near to meet all our horse needs. Keep it up gang!!! Thanks for always helping our family the way you do!!

Huge selection of things, clothes, boots, building bigger than appears. You can find all sizes of boots here men and women. The prices are comparable with other stores.

Update: Owner said he went through my other reviews and saw me in a mask. I had it on for like 2 seconds to pose for that photo because I was going to be so close to the instructor. By thanks for trying to minimize the legitimacy of my review. It sounds like the owner has policies in place to accommodate those who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons yet none of his employees know about these policies. I asked three different people in the store if it was company policy to refuse my business if I could not wear a mask for medical reasons. Two out of the three said yes and one young lady did not know. Never once did they offer curbside or a shield. I probably could’ve been fine with a shield. As you see in this review and others relating to this topic his response is always to pass the buck back to the customer who left the review while claiming that he is accommodating to folks that can’t wear a mask. That is very dishonest. I will never do business with the store. Buyer beware! I bought some nice boots online so I’m good to go. Original review: They are more strict about masks than the liberal governor Whitmer is. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask and they refused my business even after I explained to them that my condition prevented me from wearing one. I again asked the question, “So you are going to refuse my business, even though I cannot medically wear a mask?” They stated “Yes. Store policy!” I drove 45 minutes to be discriminated against. I will never buy boots from them again.

Decent selection of clothes. Insane amount of boots. Good prices. Lovely people. I'd definitely recommend you go there if you need anything western.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful but not annoying. Prices are good and the personal service and extra care is wonderful. The selection is phenomenal. They made sure my boots were stretched to my needs, comfortable and what I wanted. Without their service I would probably just have a pricey decor piece and never wear them.
