Overall experience at this place has been extremely pleasant. The people here are knowledgeable. They did not push on anything and were keen and observant in the requirements and given the best they can. Few improvements that I will look from them though was, my brand new car has been driven 110 miles before I received it. The quick training to use voice control in BMW has covered few features that were not available. But in essence, I am extremely pleased with the way of their professionalism, quality of product delivered, delivering it to home etc. Great job Team Paul Miller BMW. Frank Law, the Client Advisor, helped me identify the vehicle in stock that had all of the features I wanted and, more importantly, was consistent with my needs. He didn’t try to upsell me. Financing the vehicle was an equally pleasant experience. Michael Medwin, the Finance Manager, helped me get the best financing arrangement. He also took time to understand what my expected use of the vehicle would be, so that he could recommend the most appropriate warranties and protections. He didn’t try to pressure me, and that meant a lot to me. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Paul Miller BMW and, in particular, Frank and Michael.
