I love it at 12am... Or 6am on the weekends. Lincoln should have written a note that if they ever built a tunnel in his name, it must be 4 lanes in each direction and at least 4 tubes. ;)

I was in the bus from New York visiting New Jersey and then my bus drove through this tunnel. The temperature was more cool within the tunnel. I love the traffic within the tunnel, its reminded me of movies I watched about some scary stuff under the tunnel. Driving through here is very fun and in less than two hours we are in New Jersey.

There is 16 as cash or 11 for fast tag charge for entering the 42 street. Nothing great about it while commuting but I believe this is great as it is underwater tunnel.

It's a tunnel, you go through and come out the other side. Sometimes it takes longer than you'd like and you curse. That's it.

When it's not crowded its a breeze to go through. But more often then not its a complete pain to travel through. Certainly during rush hour it can be backed up for miles.

It's a tunnel folks. A very long tunnel. Some turns and lanes seem to shrink in width every ten years. Not a place to get stuck in. Never try to go into NYC during evening rush hour when all but 1 lane closed unless you have an extra hour or two to sit in your car without needing a pit stop.

We did the 5k run and had a great time with family. Loved the chance to run in it instead of driving thru it.
