My salesman was Jason Patterson, and I drove across town for my purchase. All the staff was very nice and professional. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied through the entire process. I purchased a used vehicle and very happy with it. The detail job performed on my new vehicle was immaculate and flawless. Finance manager was very precise and made it feel comfortable when signing paperwork. Dealership was very clean and organized. I couldn’t change anything to make my experience better from this dealership. Two thumbs up way up!!!!!!!

I brought my 07 Expedition in due to a vibration in the front end once I reached about 40 MPH. I also requested the tires be rotated, a bad tire inflation sensor replaced and asked them to do give me an estimate on other issues which they may find during their inspection. They ended up diagnosing some wiring issues and several other things which needed attention. All were repaired within four days (wait time for some of the parts) and the truck runs great. Thanks to the whole crew at Weikert, from the service techs to the folks in the office for taking good care of my vehicle and providing excellent customer service.

Thank you to the parts department and Jeff Vaughn! The helped while traveling from South Carolina to south Florida . Bobbi the service technician did a great job repairing our F250s A/C fan motor. We called 8 other Ford dealerships and no one would help us they said it would be 2-3weeks before they could help us. We pulled into Weikert Ford and these gentlemen jumped right on it and has us repaired in 30 mins. Hats off to them!

I can’t say enough great things about your staff. When calling in even the person answering the call was extremely pleasant and helpful. But I want to give special thank you to Jason Patterson for helping me out over the phone and putting me in touch with Dana in the service department to get me help. Dana also special thank you. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called Clermont Ford for help since they are closer distance wise; but didn’t feel they were interested in helping me. Perhaps since I didn’t buy the car at their dealership. Both Jason and Dana were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my problem. Thank you all!
