I had a wonderful experience getting my car here. I was a little discouraged because I had a bad experience at a previous dealership that morning. I came in and Nadia was exceptional. I got a better car than I was actually looking at and I got a great deal. I didn’t have any issues and the vibe there was beautiful. Financing was a breeze and no issues. I didn’t feel like I was being forced and no one was aggressive when I was trying to buy my car. Ask for Nadia she was very sweet and patient.

Wier Honda was awesome! William in Sales was very helpful and super responsive. I called him at 6:04pm inquiring about inventory and an appointment time, can he called me back at 6:09pm with answers. Great service and great knowledge about the car. Michael helped out with the sale as well and they were very fair with pricing for the car as well as trade in value. Thank you for the new car!
Just when we were ready to give up, Cesar came along! If it wasn’t for him, and his excellent customer service, we wouldn’t have purchased a car. If you’re looking for a new or used car i recommend this dealer, I had a great experience with Cesar Cordova, he was patient, and straight to the point which goes a long way in the car business. My partner and i put him through a lot and he never once showed frustration. I can’t tell you how many times we went to different dealers and had sales people who were aggressive and pushy whereas Cesar was transparent, trustworthy and listened attentively. We bought a 2020 civic and couldn’t be happier. Tri Le from Finance made the process as smooth as possible! He had everything ready as soon as we got to his office and had amazing customer service! Super grateful for those two guys!
This review is for Bryan Keroles at Weir Canyon Honda. Even in these unpredictable times, Bryan was proactive, efficient, and just a great person to communicate and work with! Through all of May 2020 I had been struggling to get in contact with several different Honda dealerships to lease a new Honda. Many of these locations were (and probably still are) understaffed. Bryan was the only one who took the initiative to contact me after I submitted my credit application online. He enthusiastically helped me find the best deal and took care of everything he could both via email and phone. Bryan has an impeccable work ethic and also has a great sense of humor. When I visited this location in person to sign paperwork and finalize the lease, I felt comfortable and safe. The individual offices at Weir Canyon were fitted with transparent shields and the staff members wore masks. Even though I live in Irvine, it's worth the extra bit of distance to drive to this location, and will continue to visit Weir Canyon for the wonderful and efficient service. I will also be recommending Bryan to all of my family and friends. Thank you Bryan!
