The lady was nice, they just didn't have the chocolate when I ordered the DIY kit for strawberries. So we essentially paid 40 just for 2 boxes of strawberries.

They made the flowers looked like child place them we paid about 97.00 for this, it doesn't look the one on the picture and I paid extra for a beautiful red vase that was showing in the picture, that vase looks brown, and the flowers looks spread, It looks like they didn't even tried n was just slapped in in the vase, so if the company edible arrangements corporate is seeing this post y'all really need to get on the ball...I was very disappointed n dissatisfied with my purchase on top of it...this was supposed to be my mother's day flowers because there were no room on mother's day ️... Ps I sent them from Houston... since we couldn't go for mother's day...very disappointed...
Very unprofessional staff. They don’t even know how to speak with the customers. They are very good at charging the money and when they call to deliver they are expecting for the person to go to their vehicle lol they are lazy! Ruin surprises by calling the person if they want the arrangement like who does that! I just left a one star because there was no 0 option! By the way they do not deliver the same day but they will take your payment that instant but will deliver the following day until the end! Save your money do not buy from this location!
i ignored the comments and decided to give this place a chance. Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my sister. They called the day it was suppose to be DELIVERED to try to change the order to one we didn't want. When they did they changed the date and when i tried to call ,the girl on the phone was rude and gave so much attitude trying to deny what they did and trying to make my 63 year old mother feel stupid . Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again no wonder this place has 2 stars. Highly would not recommend!
Customer Service receives the 1 star: Very disappointed in ALL Edible Arrangements involved (3 in total Customer Service via 1877 number) Lady who answered the phone in McAllen didn't speak English, so just referred me to this Weslaco location. I call, and all I get is bad feedback, and I waited it out for 15 or so min, and still no one picked up-- so I gave up. I have ordered from E.A before. Online ordering is very user- friendly, and the recipient received her arrangement, no problem (in San Antonio, TX). For this order, the recipient threw a curve ball at me and said she wouldn't be spending her birthday in SA, so I just wanted to change the location of E.A to McAllen as well as the location to deliver the arrangement to. But I have had to call 4 different numbers and the outcome is that I got no where, except a cancelled order...which I waited 20 minutes for....which I could've done online myself. Sad day.
