Shout out to Sieglinde, This is by far, hands down, the best customer service I ever received at a dealership. Even though I am loyal to Ferrari (not an owner yet) and know everything about the cars and Ferrari as a whole, she still was very knowledgeable and even helped me debunk things that actually we're myths about when you own one. She even showed me around and told me about the history and took her time very everything I needed. She's hands down my personal favorite and I'm definitely coming back to her when I am ready to buy! Beautifully designed facility. The building alone is a masterpiece let alone the vehicles displayed inside. At the moment I can not afford the type of inventory this dealership carries, but in due time I will be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It has a rich history and an excellently maintained facility. Definitely a shining gem/landmark on orchard lake.
