I recently brought my BMW 550 M Sport in for service and was incredibly pleased, not only by their customer service but technical expertise as well. Believe it or not, they were able to explain a few things to me that BMW could not the week prior. I am someone who is pretty finicky about the car he drives, likes to understand what needs to be done and why. Truth be told, I am probably a pain in the butt to deal with but just appreciate my cars and they handled the service beautifully. Thanks to the folks at Bridgewater Motor Works for a great experience!

Bridgewater motor works is a life saver. When this snow storm was coming up I really needed new tires and they made sure they ordered them and got them on real quick so I was ready. They are always helpful and pleasant. I will always go through them

I had my Mercedes GL450 serviced here after experiencing several issues/problems with my car. Staff was courteous and attentive. I felt as though they genuinely cared about my concerns. My car was fixed in minimal time and I was offered a loaner car in the meantime. I will be going back here for sure!

I am now a customer for life!! My BMW hasn't been running right for a while. I brought it to one place (MISTAKE). The person who \worked\ on my car screwed it up to the point where it cost me alot of money. Tom was so attentive to my concerns. He would tell me every step of the way what he was doing and wouldn't do anything till I gave him permission. Also Sabra (hope I spelled it rite. Pretty name) was so friendly when I would call..my only regret is that I didn't bring it to him sooner..heard he was expensive so I thought I was saving money by going elsewhere. WRONG!! thank you again for your great service.
