I ordered a computer on Newegg. The computer came and was exactly how described. for some reason the touch screen stopped working something I probably did disabled it. I sent in a request for somebody to help me out and within minutes I received a phone call from the general manager from his cell phone. He troubleshooted the issue with me for hours we both couldn't figure it out. He offered to take the computer back figure out the problem and send it back overnight. I sent it back. He fixed it within hours, however instead of sending me the same laptop he sent me another one, upgraded the memory, all for no charge! Never did I see a company think about their customers before the bottom line. Thanks!!! First of many future purchases.

I just found this place and am amazed at the business they do. Each time I've stopped by to meet with the owner, they are super busy unloading and loading large box trucks of A grade equipment. I've learned you need to jump on buying the lots you want from them before someone else does. They turn-over inventory unbelievably fast!!!
